SCS Benefit Gala, 2011
The value of caring for others when they need help the most was exemplified by the honorees and presenters at Sunnyside Community Services’ Annual Benefit Gala on October 20. The Benefit, in support of Sunnyside Community Services, honored Council Member Jimmy Van Bramer and EmblemHealth, and paid tribute to the life and work of longtime resident and SCS Board Member, Judy Steele. Among the 100 plus attendees were NYC Comptroller John C. Lui, NY State Senator Michael Gianaris and Queens Borough President Helen Marshall.

SCS Adult Day Services Program
Are you caring for an older adult family member or loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia? SCS Social Adult Day Care Program can help. SCS provides therapeutic creative, physical, and memory-enhancing activities in a safe and caring environent. Regular and drop-in scheduling, Monday through Saturday.
