Rest your mind and body. Drain tension and anxiety away with a focus on connecting to your breath, you'll make your way through a slow-moving flow preparing your body and mind to unwind from the day's activities for a restful sleep. Candlelight reduces your exposure to artificial light, especially the blue light that comes from your cell phone and computers. Blue light can overstimulate the brain causing restlessness and the inability to fall asleep.
