    Looking for a fun way to exercise. Join us for Gyrokinesis which combines the benefits and qualities of Yoga, Tai Chi, swimming and dance, and are great for alleviating pain, stiffness and fatigue. Gyrokinesis works the entire body, strengthening and stretching through rhythmic, flowing and circular movements. Music adds to the fun. Most of the session will be seated. Use a kitchen or dining chair, preferably without arms. We’ll do some standing exercises at the end. Wear comfortable, workout clothes, bare feet or socks. It's OK to wear shoes too.

This class incorporates elements of yoga, Pilates and ballet techniques to expand our personal range of motion and prevent injury. Variations on exercises will be offered to help movers of all backgrounds and fitness levels safely challenge themselves. Join us for one or all three workshops.  The other two workshops will be held on June 5 and June 19.  You must register separately for each workshop.
