  • Our Swing Dance class is aerobic exercise that requires constant movement which helps your heart and improve your balance. Tai Chi is a gentle physical exercise that involves a series of slow, focused, constant motion, accompanied by deep breathing and meditation. Swing Tai is a combination of both swing dance and Tai Chi, involving constant movement with music and a meditative component. Join Marta Lopez while she leads you on this journey.   • We will use different chair yoga postures to release tension in the body. That will lead us into deep relaxation by following simple breathing methods and imagery. You will feel a quiet in your mind and body. These simple techniques can be used at any time to find peace and relaxation. No experience in either chair yoga or meditation is necessary! All you need is a chair, best without arms if possible, and some space to move your arms and legs.Register today.
