Drawing for Relaxation and Stress Reduction

In this one-hour workshop, you will be guided through a series of simple and enjoyable drawing exercises. These drawing exercises are designed to promote relaxation, increased focus and help to reduce stress. This workshop will gently guide you into a state of creative ease and flow without any need for skill or previous drawing experience. All are welcome. Join us virtually.

Suggested Materials:

  • Drawing paper or printer paper
  • Pencil and black thin drawing pen, felt pen or ballpoint pen
  • Black marker or sharpie
  • Optional: Color pencils or pens
