Guided Meditation and Chair Yoga
We will use different chair yoga postures to release tension in the body. That will lead us into deep relaxation by following simple breathing methods and imagery. You will feel a quiet in your mind and body. These simple techniques can be used at any time to find peace and relaxation. No experience in either chair yoga or meditation is necessary! All you need is a chair, best without arms if possible, and some space to move your arms and legs. Register today. This is a Zoom activity.
