Looking for a fun way to exercise. Join us for Gyrokinesis which combines the benefits and qualities of Yoga, Tai Chi, swimming and dance, and are great for alleviating pain, stiffness and fatigue. Gyrokinesis works the entire body, strengthening and stretching through rhythmic, flowing and circular movements. Music adds to the fun. Most of the session will be seated. Use a kitchen or dining chair, preferably without arms. We’ll do some standing exercises at the end. Wear comfortable, workout clothes, bare feet or socks. It's OK to wear shoes too.
