Our Swing Dance class is an aerobic exercise that requires constant movement which helps your heart and improves your balance. Tai Chi is a gentle physical exercise that involves a series of slow, focused, constant motion, accompanied by deep breathing and meditation. Swing Tai is a combination of both swing dance and Tai Chi, involving constant movement with music and a meditative component. Join Marta Lopez while she leads you on this journey.
